For this operation it is useful to be able to use the formula of a similar color as a starting point.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">It is understood that the greater the number of color formulas you have, the less time you have to invest to make them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The Milesi Tintometric System, offering over 15,000 color formulas for a very wide range of products, makes the needs to develop unique color formulations an occasional requirement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Time reduction dedicated to color production<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Pigmentable self-sealers and topcoats of the <strong>Milesi<\/strong> Tintometric System feature tintometric yield; the color reproduced, according to the same formula, is guaranteed to be consistent for all the different batches in which it is made (maximum inter-batch delta E 0.4 for pastel colors and 0.8 for dark colors). This means not having to adjust the color achieved. In comparison, the colors reproduced over time using <em>non-tintometric products<\/em>, have a high risk of resulting in different shades even if made on the basis of the same formula, and therefore having to be corrected.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Reduction of production waste<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">To adjust the color, the basic product or the pastes necessary to correct it must be added. The quantity of the final product could thus easily exceed what required, generating production waste.
