this setting is subject to the setting &#8220;View price list&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Show Base Price<\/strong>: shows the prices of bases<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Show Colorant Price<\/strong>: shows the prices of colorants<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Show Total Price<\/strong>: shows the total price of a formula (base + colorants)<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Predefined Sales Price List<\/strong>: sets the predefined sales price list to be used for the application.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"2-10\"><\/a>2.10 Toolbar<\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"color: #000000; This function requires the indication of the name and type that the reading is to be saved with<\/p>\n<p><em>Cancel the last measure <\/em>\u2013 cancels\/erases the last measurement from the list.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cancel all measurements <\/em>\u2013 cancels all previous measurements, so clears the list<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Change the last measurement<\/em> &#8211; manually changes the reflectance values of the last measurement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accessory functions section<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The functions below are available in this section (&#8220;DataColor&#8221; menu):<\/p>\n<p>Add manual measurement &#8211; adds a manual measurement by entering the reflectance values; the same screen used in the &#8220;Change last measurement&#8221; as described in the above paragraph is used for this function<\/p>\n<p>Advanced controls &#8211; opens the screen of control that are managed directly by the spectrophotometer driver configured for the point-of-sale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"5-3\"><\/a>5.3 Labels<\/h3>\n<p>Commercial label models customized by the point-of-sale can be managed with this function.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The screen is divided into two main sections. The information on the printer and the model are shown on the left-hand side, while the field that can be entered in the model with the relevant properties (for example, position, type of font and alignment, etc.) are shown on the right-hand side.<\/p>\n<p>The screen shows the models created by the point-of-sale and the models defined by the laboratory: no changes can be made on the latter ones.<\/p>\n<p>In order to configure the model, the <strong>Printer<\/strong> must be selected by clicking the dropdown menu in the &#8220;Printer Name&#8221; section. Then, the appropriate device, set the paper format, paper size, must be selected in the selection window (printer manager of the operating system used) and confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Then, paper orientation, either <strong>Vertical<\/strong> or <strong>Horizontal<\/strong> must be selected.<\/p>\n<p>The model selected (only those created by the point-of-sale and not those defined by the lab) can be canceled by clicking the <strong>Cancel<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p>A preview of the enlarged label open when <strong>Preview<\/strong> is clicked.<\/p>\n<p>Ticking the items in the list on the right-hand side enables or disables the information to be printed.<\/p>\n<p>When one item in the list is clicked, the line will be expanded and more configurable values will be shown.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The values that can be set for each printable items are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Text:<\/strong> This field shows the sample text used for the preview, which is replaced by real data upon printing in the dispensing phase. The sample text cannot be modified, except for the text in the Message item, which, if enabled, becomes the value that is printed in the dispensing phase<\/li>\n<li><strong>x(mm):<\/strong> The positioning of the field on the axis of abscissas (x) in millimeters<\/li>\n<li><strong>y(mm):<\/strong> The positioning of the field on the axis of ordinates (y) in millimeters<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alignment:<\/strong> Selects the text alignment. The alignment can be set by selecting: <strong>Left<\/strong>, <strong>Centered<\/strong> and <strong>Right<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Width:<\/strong> The width of the text field in millimeters.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Height:<\/strong> The height of the text field in millimeters.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orientation:<\/strong> The orientation of the text field in degrees (90\u00b0 steps).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Font:<\/strong> The font selection screen opens when the &#8220;&#8230;&#8221; button is clicked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Font, Style and size in Points and finally OK must be clicked to confirm the selection.<\/p>\n<p>Any changes made will be shown in real-time in the<strong> Preview<\/strong> box. Additionally, a test label can be printed by clicking <strong>Test Print<\/strong>. The price per unit of measure (Liter (L) or kilogram (kg) must be entered here.
